Grown with a light tan to bright yellow colored skin that covers a bright white inner flesh, this variety of radish is native to the country of Poland. Typically, this radish grows into a medium sized round radish, but it may also grow as an oblong or oval shaped vegetable. Crunchy in texture and somewhat spicy in flavor, the Zlata Radish is served as an appetizer, a snacking vegetable or sliced and added to a variety of dishes such as egg dishes, meats and vegetable side dishes.
