"If your turkey has been cooked properly and then stored safely, it should keep for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. If you are not going to eat it within this period of time it can be wrapped in air-tight packaging and frozen for 3 to 4 months. Whether it is turkey, or potatoes and dressing that are leftover, be sure to store them properly and when reheating, be sure to bring them up to 140 degrees F. again before eating.
