Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 8 ounces pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 teaspoon diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

  • Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in large greased uncovered casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
