Mexican Corn on the Cob 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 fresh or frozen corn cobs
  • 1 container Crema Mexicana
  • 1 package cotija cheese
Directions
Cook corn. Pat dry and dip in crema. Sprinkle with cotija. You can add chili pepper for spiciness.
