Mustard Greens Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package fresh, cleaned greens
  • 4 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Fry bacon and onion. Drain grease leaving about 1 T. Add broth and greens. Use tongs to turn frequently until wilted, about 5 min. Season with hot sauce, salt and pepper.
