1 ready to bake 9 inch pie crust
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Bisquick baking mix or flour
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon favorite meat sauce (i.e. ketchup)
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Put pie crust into 9 inch pie pan. Cook ground beef and onion until browned and onion is tender. Stir in salt, pepper, 2 Tbs baking mix (flour), Worcestershire sauce, and meat sauce. Spoon into pie crust. Beat eggs slightly; mix in cheese. Pour over meat. Cover edge of pie crust with foil to prevent excessive browning. Remove foil the last 5 minutes of baking. Bake for 30 minutes at 375.
