Salmon Loaf 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon (tall can)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
Directions
Mince salmon with a fork, add eggs and other ingredients. Form into a loaf, put into a greased pan. Bake for 30 mins. at 350°. The remaining soup can be diluted with water to make a sauce.
