Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, Crushed
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sherry Wine
1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon 5 Spice Powder
1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon Ketchup
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over ribs. Marinade several hours or overnight. Bake in 350° oven or grill on Medium heat. 1 hour-1-1/2 hours.
