Grilled baby back ribs. I use no spices or spice rub because the marinade is all you need to keep the meat tender and juicy. With the no fuss ingredients the job is easy and I always have those ingredients on hand.

Ingredients
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (like KC Masterpiece)
Directions
Mix water, garlic, vinegar and pour over baby back ribs placed in shallow dish to cover ribs. Marinate 1-4 hours.

Drain and pat dry ribs.

Place on hot, pre-oiled grill and cook until done.

Now, brush on sauce one side at a time, turning frequently until you have a nice crust on meat. Serve immediately.
