Rhubarb Crumble 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 cups rhubarb, cut fine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • Mixture for topping
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
Directions
Mix rhubarb, eggs, flour and sugar and put in cake pan

Topping: Mix together and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350 degrees until gold brown and the rhubarb mixtures bubbles.
