Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie and Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 gallon choc. chip ice cream, take out of freezer until soft and easy to stir
  • 1 sized tub of cool whip (regular)
  • 2 cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy, depending on what your family likes)
Directions
Mix above ingredients until incorporated

Split between two graham cracker crumb pie crusts (you can use a choc pie crust as well)

Freeze

After frozen cut and serve with Home made Hot fudge sauce

Hot fudge Sauce:

Put 1/4 cup of butter and 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate into a pan

Heat on low until melted

Slowly add in 1 1/2 cup sugar (in 3 portions) until its no longer grainy

Add just under 1 cup of evaporated milk

Stir until thickened

Add 1 tsp vanilla and stir
