Egg Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • coconut (optional)
Directions
This pie makes its own crust. Beat Eggs. Blend in sugar, flour, oleo, vanilla and milk. Pour in well greased big pie plate. Bake 40 minutes or longer until set at 350°.
