Yum Yum Ice Box Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
Directions
Line pan with half of the wafer crumbs. Cream butter and sugar and then add eggs. Spread over crust. Whip the cream until stiff, add cherries and nuts. Spread over previous layer. Cover with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
