Update Servings
  • For every 1 1/2 pounds of ground turkey add:
  • 1/2 package of dried onion soup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Egg (or use 2 egg whites)
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh green onions
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsely, or 1 tablespoon dried parsely flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper finely chopped
  • Mix ingredients and form patties.

  • Place turkey bugers on preheated GrillGrates (8 to 10 minutes on Low-Low/Med Heat, lid down).
  • Grill for 12-15 minutes total on Low-Low/Med Heat with lid down. For charcoal, preheat your GrillGrates after the red hot peak, gray coals only (10-12 minutes), lid closed. Use the GrateTool to turn Turkey Burgers in 3-4 minutes.

  • NOTE: Judge the initial sear marks to get an indication of how hot you are cooking. If the sear marks are dark to black on the first flip, you are cooking too hot, turn down the burners. Notice how the juices from the lean meat sizzle just under the food to enhance the flavor of your gourmet burgers. Your grill never sounded so good.

Paring Suggestion Medley of:
  • Grilled Large Mushrooms
  • Red Pepper Quarters
  • Baby Potatoes or Quartered Potatoes
  • Grilled Zucchini or Eggplant

  • Serves 3 to 4.
