Shortbread Cookie Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 - 3.4 oz French Vanilla instant pudding
  • 12 ounces whipping cream
  • 2 - 11 oz mandarin oranges
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • shortbread cookies ( 20-22 cookies)

  • Mix pudding and buttermilk.
  • Fold in whipping cream.
  • Drain oranges and add to pudding mixture.


Fold in crushed cookies right before serving. Crumble 7-8 cookies and place on top.
