Crock Pot Beef Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
3 racks of beef ribs
SAUCE:
1 large onion
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cube beef bullion dissolved
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Bake ribs alone in a pan for 1 1/2 hours in oven at 350 degrees F. Drain fat after baking.
Mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl.
Cut sections of 3-4 ribs. Place in crock pot.
Pour sauce over ribs. Heat in crock pot for 5 hours on a low setting.
Alternate: You may also bake the ribs in the oven with the sauce for 2 1/2 hours at 275 degrees, instead of using the crock pot method.
Note:
You may need an additional batch of sauce, depending on the amount of ribs you cook.
