Elegant Hot Dish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 med onion
  • 8 ounces extra wide noodles, cooked
  • Cashews
  • Olives
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced and drained mushrooms
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sour cream
Container:large casserole dish
Directions
COOK
45 mins
  • Butter large casserole dish and set aside.
  • Brown hamburger and onion, drain grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine the hamburger and onion with all the other ingredients.
  • Add splash of milk and 1 or 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Mix well, pour into baking dish.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
