  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 cup macaroni noodles
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet, brown hamburger with onions.
  • In a large saucepan, cook noodles according to package and drain.
  • Cut cheese into cubes.
  • Add all ingredients to casserole dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
