Chewy Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • coconut (handful) (optional)
Container:High-sided Cookie Sheet
Directions
COOK
20 mins
  • Let margarine cool slightly before adding the other ingredients.
  • Mix the ingredients together and pour into greased high-sided cookie sheet. (These are thin chewy brownies).
  • Bake 15 – 20 min. at 350ºF. Don’t over-bake.
  • Spread with your favorite frosting to which you have added 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
