VENISON OR BEEF JERKY Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds sliced meat, 1/4 inch thick & 1/2 inch wide
  • Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
Directions
Mix all ingredients together to make a marinade. Marinate meat overnight; drain and pat dry. Put in oven at 200° for 4 to 6 hours until dried. Makes plenty--it goes fast!
