Ingredients
2 cups cooked green beans
1 cup green peas, drained
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, cut inch rings (medium)
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
1 jar pimento small.
Sauce
3/4 cup sugar or equivalent sweetener
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. Prepare sauce by mixing sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and paprika together. Pour sauce over vegetables and marinate overnight.
