Imagine those cheesy hashbrown potatoes we all love, but add in some eggs and serve it up for breakfast. This casserole will be loved by all and you'll never get sick of making it since it is so easy to pull together.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ham, cubed
  • 2 pounds shredded frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup butter

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray.

Whisk the eggs lightly. Pour into prepared dish.

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, soup, seasoning salt and onion powder together. Stir in cheese, ham and potatoes. Spread over the eggs.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Pour melted butter over the top and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
