Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray.

Whisk the eggs lightly. Pour into prepared dish.

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, soup, seasoning salt and onion powder together. Stir in cheese, ham and potatoes. Spread over the eggs.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Pour melted butter over the top and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
