Marinated Vegetables 17 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can English peas (drained)
  • 1 can shoe peg corn (drained)
  • 1 can Mexican corn (drained)
  • 2 bunches greens onions, chopped
  • 1 jar pimentos (drained)
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Combine all the above ingredients and refrigerate overnight before serving. Any leftovers will last several days in the refrigerator.
