Cornbread Casserole 12 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 -15 ounce can whole corn, NOT drained
  • 1 -15 ounce can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Whisk eggs and add to rest of ingredients in 9X13 pan. Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes , uncovered.
