Carrot Soufflé' Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced and boiled until tender
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Put all in blender and mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
