Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe

Provided By
A quick-and-easy salad that goes well with most any meal. Flavored with the sweetness of the gelatin but the sweetness is tamed slightly with the addition of cottage cheese. This salad is perfect for those who like a sweet but not too sweet salad. It can be made with any of your favorite flavors of gelatin.

"Amounts of ingredients should be standard in posted recipes for those whose crystal ball is on the fritz. Quantities for the pineapple and jello seem to have been misplaced here, so my rating is of the recipe itself and not the finished dish."

"Made this to go with the Beef Tips Stroganoff. It was super simple and I loved it. The cottage cheese did cut the sweetness a little and made it just right."
