Ingredients
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 head lettuce (small head)
Directions
Shell eggs, then dice.

Add pickles, celery, salt and mayonnaise; toss gently.

Cover and chill in refrigerator.

When ready to serve, heap lightly in lettuce cups, bowls or salad plates.
