Lemon Bars 95 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ounce pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
Directions
Mix lemon cake mix, vegetable oil and 1 egg together in a bowl. Save 1 cup and press the rest into bottom of a 9x9 inch pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F; cool.

Mix 1 egg, cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar together in a bowl. Spread over cooled crust.

Sprinkle reserved mixture on top and bake for another 15 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!
