Cafe Rio Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons Salsa Verde
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • Juice of one lime
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in blender. Dressing keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
