Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
garlic powder to taste
white pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender & blend well on highest speed.
Very good on coleslaw.
