Refrigerated Cookie Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough or your favorite sugar cookie recipe
Directions
Slice about 1/2 a roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1/8" thick or roll out your favorite dough to 1/8" thickness.

Grease and lightly sugar a pie plate.

Firmly press the dough into the pie plate.

Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
