FISH BREADING Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup yellow corn meal
  • 1/2 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for Frying
  • 2 pounds Fish Fillets
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, put into Zip lock Baggie.

Put 2 to 3 pieces of Fish at a time in the bag with the Corn Meal mix and shake well to coat.

Fry in hot Oil until Fish is Golden brown
