Popcorn Ball Syrup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
Directions
Cook over medium heat the sugar, cream of tartar, salt, butter and hot water to the hard ball stage. Remove and add the soda.
