Mexican Meatloaf 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 bottle salsa
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Accent
  • meat tenderizer
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven 350°. In a large bowl add meat, egg, seasoning mix and 1/2 bottle salsa. Mix together. In a roast pan, mold meat into an oval. Cover with a lid or foil and bake until done or no pink. Slice and serve.
