Penne with Chicken and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
  • 8 ounces Dry Penne pasta
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut inch cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions
1. Add Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend to large pot of boiling water, add pasta and cook according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, in large pan, SAUTE chicken in half the olive oil or Pam Spray for 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Add Broth, broccoli, Mrs.Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend; Cook covered for 3 minutes.

4.Toss with cooked Penne and remaining olive oil.

5.Garnish with Cherry Tomatoes and serve
