Ground Beef and Dressing Casserole Recipe

  • 1 onion, minced (small)
  • 1/4 cup celery leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 sliced dry bread, cubed
  • 2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix onion, celery seasonings and bread. Add 1 can soup to bread mixture, cover and store in refrigerators several hours or overnight. Mix meat, mustard and seasonings. Add bread mixture and blend thoroughly. Turn into a 9x 13" pan. Spread remaining can of mushroom soup (undiluted) over top. Bake at 375° oven 1 hour.
