Poor Man's Crab Cakes or Zucchini Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay
  • 2 Eggs
  • salt & pepper
Directions
Mix together and pan fry like a crab cake. Makes 6 delicious cakes.
