Servings:
Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut up, skin removed
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can pinto beans - drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 package Sazon seasoning
Olive oil
Adobo seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Directions
COOK

hrs
Brown chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat. Season with Sazon, Adobo, salt, and pepper.
Add beans, tomato sauce, and water to cover the chicken. Cover and reduce heat to low, cook about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. (I like mine to be falling off the bone, which takes about another 1/2 hour.)
The potatoes should be added when they will have 20 minutes to 1/2 hour to cook before the chicken will be done.
