Salmon cooked in a foil pouch and drenched in a tart tangy sauce of yogurt, horseradish, dijon and dill.
Directions
Preheat grill to medium/medium high.
In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, horseradish, mustard and lime juice.
Spread mixture on both sides of fish.
Place filets in heavy duty foil and place a dill sprig on each filet.
Make a tightly-sealed envelope by folding tops and edges of foil securely.
Grill 13 – 15 minutes.
Serve with cold green salad, fresh steamed vegetables and hot rolls.
