Chicken Pesto Recipe

Grilled chicken breast with goat cheese and pesto.

Directions

Grill chicken breast 5 minutes each side or until done. During the last couple of minutes, before taking off the grill, add dollop of goat cheese and pesto on top of each chicken breast. They are done when goat cheese is slightly melted. Serve with grilled vegetables.

Ingredients

-		4 filets chicken breast
-		1 1/2 teaspoons pesto (any flavor)
-		1 1/2 teaspoons goat cheese
