Hereâ€™s a blast from my past, mom used to make this 20 years ago. Pretty simple and tastes good.

Ingredients

Directions

-		1 egg
-		3/4 cup flour
-		1 cup milk
		salt and pepper
		oregano, to taste
-		1 cup muenster cheese, diced
-		1 cup ham, chopped

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Mix egg, flour, milk, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Stir in cheese and ham. Bake in a well greased pie pan for 40 minutes at 425 degrees.
