Thai inspired grilled chicken breasts served over wild rice

Servings: 1 piece
  • piece chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 each small orange and orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
Container: mixing bowl for spice/flavor mixture/marinade

Take chicken breasts from package, rinse with water, pat to dry. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Place chicken breasts in a flat baking pan and pour the marinade mixture over the chicken breasts. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Place on the grill for 3-4 minutes each side until browned. Serve over wild rice. Yum!
