Smoked Sausage and Penne Bake Recipe

  • smoked sausage, cut into 1/4
  • 1 cream of celery soup
  • 2 1/2 milk
  • 2 1/2 penne pasta, uncooked
  • 1 shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 French fried onions
  • 1 frozen peas
Container: Large Skillet, 3 qt casserole
Heat oven to 375° F. Brown sausage slices in skillet; drain.

Combine soup and milk in 3-qt. casserole. Stir in pasta, sausage, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup French fried onions and peas.

Bake 45 minutes covered tightly with foil. Uncover and top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake 3 minutes until golden. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

"I do not like cooking and I'm not very good at it. This recipe was so, so easy, the only prep work was to cut the sausage. Everything mixes together and you don't even have to cook the pasta. The taste? Awesome! Heavenly! Creamy and delicious! I could have eaten the entire pan! I can't wait to eat it again tonight for dinner, I love leftovers!"
