Taco Tortilla Rollups Recipe

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 flour tortillas (10-inch)

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese until well-blended. Spread mixture over tortilla and roll-up tightly. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Cut into 1-inch pieces before serving. Serve with salsa.
