Individual Ham Loaves Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ham loaf
1 egg
2 slices bread
6 tablespoons milk
Sauce
2 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
Beat egg, milk and bread with beater. Mix well with ham loaf. Shape into 5 or 6 individual ham loaves. Bake 350° for 50 minutes. Turn oven down to 300°. Top with sauce and bake 15 more minutes. To serve put a wooden toothpick thru a red marachino cherry, then a pineapple chunk. Stick into ham loaf. Serve with baked potato and cooked frozen peas. Great to freeze.
