| Directions | Beat egg, milk and bread with beater. Mix well with ham loaf. Shape into 5 or 6 individual ham loaves. Bake 350° for 50 minutes. Turn oven down to 300°. Top with sauce and bake 15 more minutes. To serve put a wooden toothpick thru a red marachino cherry, then a pineapple chunk. Stick into ham loaf. Serve with baked potato and cooked frozen peas. Great to freeze. |
