Shrimp Jontue' Recipe

  • 2 pounds raw cleaned shrimp
  • 2 boxes bacon thin crackers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon season all
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
Process crackers into crumbs, set aside. Melt butter, set aside. Season shrimp with "peppers" and season-all. Add chives, parsley, and melted butter to shrimp. Mix well. Pour cracker crumbs into large shallow pan, add shrimp and toss until shrimp are well coated. Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Stir, then broil 3 to 5 minutes until crumbs are crisp and brown. Enjoy!
