Poppy Seed Chicken and Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Topping
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Directions
Mix topping and set aside. Spread rice in greased 9" x 13" pan. Mix rest of ingredients, except topping, and spread over rice. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
