Strawberry Delight Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 48 marshmallows (large)
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 package frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and undrained (10 ounce package)
  • 1 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 commercial or homemade pound cake
Directions
Melt marshmallows in double boiler or microwave. Add lemon juice and strawberries; mix well. Fold in whipped cream and chill until firm. Split pound cake horizontally into four layers. Spread each layer with 2/3 cup strawberry mixture. Frost top and sides of cake with remaining mixture. Cover and refrigerate until set.
